One eagerly awaited game on the horizon is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2. It was initially unveiled at E3 2019 as a sequel to Nintendo’s 2017 megahit when a brief clip showed what happened after Link’s climactic confrontation with Calamity Ganon. It gave us a dark, even terrifying, the first glimpse of a new Hyrule that was under more peril than ever before.
The darker tone and scary preview of what appears to be a zombified Ganondorf had BOTW fans buzzing, but Nintendo has been tight-lipped on its most anticipated game since then.

The initial Breath of the Wild was released on both the Switch and the Wii U, but the sequel will only be available on the Switch.

Some Rumors About Breath of the Wild 2:
Nintendo has so far done an excellent job of keeping the Breath of the Wild 2 spoilers under wraps. However, according to a Breath of the Wild 2 fan theory, Ganondorf might be a playable character among the other Breath of the Wild 2 characters in some parts of the game.
From the trailer seen of the Breath of the Wild 2, it appears like a portion of the game will depict Ganondorf’s fall, which will kick off the cycle of a hero facing a corrupted Ganon in every game. Ganondorf is the hero from 10,000 years ago who has been teased, and the figure in the teaser with the corrupted arm—whose face isn’t shown—is also Ganondorf.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 is the highly-anticipated sequel to one of the most popular games of this century. Zelda fans eagerly await news on the development of Breath of the Wild 2, but according to a recent report, they won’t get one until June 2022.
